We take pride in our skilled and well-mannered staff.  Our promise to you is that if you hear us say any of the universally accepted swear words, you will get $20 off the total bill for every swear word.  They must be UNIVERSALLY accepted swear words.  Words used as replacement words such as "darn, dang, shoot, etc" are not considered swear words.

You must inform the installer immediately upon hearing the swear word.  Even though we have never had to take $20 off any bill, we have a $60 discount limit for our protection.
