     Customers will be charged a minimum of 2 hours per visit.  We will spend a maximum of 4 hours troubleshooting your system unless otherwise requested.  

     Please note, you will be charged for any additional wiring that is used on your system.  If for some reason, the troubleshooter cannot solve the problem but you decide to keep the additional wiring, you will be charged for the wiring.
